How's Your Church?

How's your Church at the moment?  Are you steadily growing?

If your church isn't growing, these 3 things could be why.  Figure out which one might be the cause (these are in no particular order), and you could potentially see growth in the near future:

1.  Your Church isn’t welcoming of guests

If your Church gets guests but they don’t stay, it could be how your members are treating guests.  If they don’t talk to new guests or talk more with each other, guests aren’t going to feel welcome and therefore won’t tend to come back as easily.  This is especially important to get fixed during the Christmas season, as you'll probably see more guests come than usual.

2.  The Holy Spirit needs to guide your Church Growth

If you know your Church should grow, but you’re not asking God to help your Church, you’re doing it all on your own.  God needs to be involved in the process.

3.  The methods you’re using aren’t working

This can be for multiple reasons.  Either you’re using a method that doesn’t work anymore, you’re not being consistent with the method, you need to improve your skills, or your budget needs to increase.  These 4 reasons would be the main reasons that your methods aren’t working.
